Who we are

What we collect and why
- Alerts. When you subscribe we store your email address, the markets, topics and frequency you chose, the time and wording of your consent, and the time you confirmed. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We use it only to send the alerts you asked for.
- Sending logs. Our email provider records delivery, bounces and complaints so we can stop sending to invalid addresses. Legal basis: legitimate interest in reliable delivery.
- Website. We do not set tracking cookies and do not run advertising trackers. Your theme and watchlist choices are stored in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us unless you subscribe. Our hosting provider processes standard request logs (such as IP address) for security.
Processors
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, edge functions and subscriber storage)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Google Fonts (font files are loaded from Google servers; Google receives your IP address when fonts load)
- Anthropic (AI drafting of public content; no subscriber data is sent)
Where processors are outside the EEA, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep subscriber data until you unsubscribe, then delete it within 30 days, except a record of the unsubscribe so we do not email you again. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after seven days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, and complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). Email us to exercise any right.
